A Taste of Black Gwinnett – Day #1

The Norcross Cultural Arts and Community Center will be the venue for a gathering of community members, content creators and vendors on Friday, October 13, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., during “A Taste of Black Gwinnett” Day #1.
“A Taste of Black Gwinnett” features Black-owned businesses with food, product and services in the area, and the 22nd Urban Mediamakers International Film Festival (UMFF). The event brings the UMFF Animation Competition, UMFF Music Video Competition, book signing with author LaTonya Black Gilliard, UMFF Writers Spotlight with live script reading of the top scripts competing, Urban Trivia Game with prizes, food sampling from the African diaspora of Gwinnett.

Each food/drink vendor will have samples that are $3, $6, $9. Food tickets are available here on Evenrbrite for $3, $6, $9 AND at the event in-person with a debit/credit card, CashApp, and Paypal.
NO FOOD OR WATER CAN BE BROUGHT IN FROM OUTSIDE DURING THIS EVENT.
